Denise Casey
Denise is a Managing Director of real estate company - NZ Property Solutions - here in Dunedin, specialising in the sale of residential homes, investment property and project marketing and sales of new residential developments.
Her real estate career started 25 years ago in Ireland, her home country, then Melbourne, Australia until a move to Dunedin, NZ over 16 years ago.
In that time, she’s sold an incredible array of properties from farms of land in my home country of Ireland, to some of the tallest apartment towers on behalf of Australia and New Zealand’s largest property developers, and everything in between.
But it's the people that she works for that are at the heart of everything she does. Real Estate is truly a people business with some property transactions on the side, and understanding this has led to many successes in her career.
Every client is different, great communication is key and once she understands exactly what her clients want, need and desire, they then work out an innovative strategy to get the desired sales result.
