THE W.E.E. WORKSHOP SCOOP

Body Acceptance

7 Tools To Build True Confidence

With Emma Wright

Loads of us are frustrated at the time we spend thinking about food and weight.

Many of us feel compelled to check our appearance and feel anxious about what we see.

We are sold that getting in shape, eating right and dressing in flattering clothes is the antidote.

The problem is, fixing how we look doesn't build true confidence. It is fleeting and ultimately unsustainable. That's because our looks constantly change and seeking confidence via looks assumes we have to fit in to feel good about ourselves.

In this workshop you will learn 7 tools to start creating true confidence and to have our own back, regardless of how you look.

This kind of confidence leads to freedom and improved mental health. It is a cornerstone of creating an effortless relationship with food and body weight.

It is the first step in finally feeling good enough.

After years of trying to eat right and make myself smaller, I discovered something profomy body was never the problem to begin with.

Going from eating disorder survivor to certified coach taught me that healing begins when we identify what’s going on beneath the surface. That’s why I created the Women, Power & Wellbeing coaching method. und:
